We know we get better ideas for our software by gathering the wisdom of people who work with ProAct and ProActIVE every day.

This section of our web site is devoted to gathering your input on planned or possible features – Candidates for inclusion in ProAct.  In addition, it is a place where we will put enhancement requests from around the world for users to rate your preferences.

In addition, we focus on specific topics when we are enhancing the upcoming versions.  Right now we’d like specific input on:

Position Control and Vacancies – Although HR systems are the master source of position and vacancy information, some ProAct sites do not have access to timely position and vacancy reporting from HR.  PolyOptimum is currently enhancing ProAct’s storage and reporting of positions and vacancies.  Please tell us what additional data you need and any new or different ways you’d like ProAct to report positions and/or vacancies.  Bear in mind that ProAct can have multiple people sharing the same position number and a person can have multiple positions.

The Look of Reports – All ProAct reports are formatted for Excel for maximum flexibility in font, size, color, bold, italics – whatever you like.  Plus ProAct’s KPI graphs are user-definable when reported within ProAct, to HTML, or from Excel.  So what more would you like from standard ProAct reports?

Options for Optimization – ProAct offers 5 different methods for creating schedules/rosters to meet the needs of every department and healthcare setting.  We’re continuing to expand the options for optimizing your schedules/rosters, so let us know how you’d like to enhance that process.
