ProAct shows available staff, filtered by user-definable criteria such as skill or preferred agency. ProAct can electronically import agency staff with their license numbers, Skills and photo if desired, eliminating the need to manually enter agency staff. ProAct can send each agency exact hours, costs and locations where their staff worked, avoiding manual verification of agency invoices.

Multiple units or facilities can be viewed together through Windows ‘expand and collapse’ features or by selecting units to be viewed together.

ProAct supports Evidence-Based Management by providing an easy way to capture the reasons for staffing decisions so outcomes can be analyzed and trended. Staffing Notes are used to track health facility or unit-specific issues such as:

Why overtime was incurred
Who approved the overtime
Why on-call staff was used
Other pressing business issues.

Staffing notes can be trended by unit, shift, or day of the week to pinpoint problems and monitor the effectiveness of solutions.
