| As a Microsoft Certified Partner, PolyOptimum has early access to emerging Microsoft technologies, training, and resources to ensure our technical know-how
to deliver quality solutions. Our software is developed by
Microsoft Certified Professionals, who take advantage of the rich
capabilities of a Windows environment. PolyOptimum staff are
trained, backed and supported by Microsoft on their products, including
Microsoft development tools and processes that are the backbone of
ProAct software.
PolyOptimum’s
software runs on/with
Microsoft:
| WindowsXP |
SQL Server |
| Windows
2000 |
Terminal
Server |
| Windows
NT |
Internet
Explorer |
| Windows
98 |
Windows
95 (limited functions) |
ProAct’s 3-tiered client-server edition
uses Microsoft SQL Server as a
backend. Internet Explorer can be used to access
ProAct over the web. Although we run best on Microsoft products, we
also support other platforms. Check with our Help Desk for
further details.
XML Ready
– ProAct’s 3-tiered
client-server version can send and receive data in XML, the common
platform for web services. Our software is built
using a
Microsoft development environment that has embedded XML and web service
creation in it.
Health services benefit from our being a Microsoft
Certified Partner in many
ways:
- ProAct can be quickly
implemented across
healthcare settings due to our use of common
Windows features.
- Reduced
training time and costs result, because
ProAct is built with the look and feel of Microsoft
Office products.
- ProAct uses common Windows icons plus
labels so even novice or infrequent users can easily find
their way around ProAct.
- Changes
are instantly captured through our
‘drag and drop’ and ‘expand
and collapse’ functions.
- In addition to print preview, all ProAct reports
export to Excel for further manipulation and to HTML for
electronic
distribution in a paperless environment.
- Health services get greater reliability,
achieved through a combination of Windows technology and the proven
expertise of a Microsoft Certified Partner skilled to
deploy
it.
