Cost centers can be ranked according to their performance, indicating all those who exceed the budgeted 4% of sick leave for example. Managers take action to get off the bottom of the heap.

Sick Leave

In ProAct, you can immediately investigate a problem when, for example, sick leave begins to creep over budget. Managers can drill down in ProAct.

The Sick Leave Ranking graph identifies worrisome cost centers.

Summary reports show the employees who have excessive sick leave.
- Detail reports for those employees display:
  - Attendance patterns with requests granted or denied.
  - Sick in conjunction with days off.
  - Sick during holiday periods.
