ProAct Reports

Graphic Trends of Hours/UoS

ProAct’s Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Reporting shows trended Hours/UoS (UoS, ProAct’s indicator of patient or service volume, e.g. HPPD) on a weekly or monthly basis in graphic format to help managers monitor their performance against budget and to benchmark units.

Hours/UoS - Daily Variance

The report shows the hours per Unit of Service and highlights the daily variance between budget and actual hours and percentage of variance for the time period selected.

Hours/UoS - Shift Breakdowns

Daily patient volume, often measured at midnight, may not reflect the activity that has occurred throughout the day.  This report displays patient activity for each shift, the hours of care delivered and the resultant Hours per UoS.

Hours/UoS - With Skill Mix

In addition to the Hours/UoS data with shift breakdowns, users may choose to show skill mix on each shift.  The grouping of positions into skill mix is user definable to show more or less detail in the skill breakdowns.

Patient or Service Volumes

  • Use any volume indicator (e.g. patient days, sessions, procedures, tests, weighted values, etc.)
  • Patient or service volume can be imported in a variety of formats, shift-by-shift or daily.
  • ProAct makes it easy to check the accuracy of volume data.
