Graphic reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) will highlight units that are over budget in their sick leave or when there is a trend of increasing sick leave. Then managers can drill down into reports for any user-defined time period. The Attendance report, summary option identifies staff who exceed your limits or require follow-up.
