• PC with Pentium ll 300 MHz processor
• 64+MB RAM

Monitors

• SVGA monitors with resolution no less than 800x600.

Printers

• Windows compatible printers
• A high volume color printer if printing KPI Graphs

Communications and Remote Support

• PolyOptimum will consider any approach to remote support that allows quick access by PolyOptimum's Help Desk.

Other Necessities

• Microsoft Mouse, Microsoft IntelliMouse or compatible pointing device
• Microsoft Excel 97-2000 or XP, located on server if running thin client, or on each workstation running KPI reporting or exporting to Excel.
